About David Flatman

David played as a professional prop forward for both Saracens and Bath Rugby teams.  Spanning over an incredible 15 years, he proved himself to be one of the finest front row forwards and as a result was selected to tour in South Africa with England as well as being recalled into the England squad to tour Australasia in the 2009/10 season. David retired in 2012 due to a hand injury but has a remained at Bath rugby as Communications Director.

The Diet Consultant worked with David Flatman during the 2008/9 and 2009/10 seasons, while supporting Bath Rugby as Lead Nutritionist.

Sharmain was a pleasure to work with and, if I’m honest, was the first nutritionist to get me where I needed to be. Until she put nutritional advice into simple English, most of it went over my head. Sharmain made a couple of simple changes to how I approached my diet and that increased my energy levels and cut my body fat percentage. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking to get in shape and stay there.
