We don’t claim to be gourmet chefs here, but we do know healthy food!  So we are always trying to find alternative ingredients or cooking methods to make meals and snacks even healthier.  We also want to share quick and simple recipes and meal ideas that you can easily incorporate into your meal plan and lifestyle.  With so many convenience foods on the market, its easier to just pick one up, wait 3 minutes for the microwave to ping and its done.  Many people still don’t know how easy and quick it is to make a healthy meal.  We will be adding many more simple meal and snack options for you to try soon, and no you won’t require the skills of a gourmet chef either!
