The Banana (Blitz Defence) Shake

1 pint of milk
130mls ice cold water
9 ice cubes
1 banana (sliced)
2 x tbsp. 0% fat Greek yoghurt
1 x tbsp. peanut butter
2 x tbsp. oats
1 tsp honey
1 pinch of salt
Add the milk, the water the ice, oats, Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, honey and salt. Hand-blend all ingredients together in a large jug.
Drink straight away or store in 1-2 shakers (without the gauze) in a cool bag to drink after your sportive or training session. Shake well before drinking
