Pork, Vegetable Stir-fry with Noodles

- 150g pork fillet (trimmed of fat)
- small red onion
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 pak choy (peeled and washed)
- 120g tenderstem broccoli
- 1 small red chilli (or to your desired taste)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Dry noodles (you can use fresh, follow pack cooking instructions instead)
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
Prep time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | per serving (with 200g serving boiled noodles) | Kcal 415 | Protein: 51g | Carbs: 29g | Fat: 8.9g | Fibre: 4.7g
