  • 40g porridge oats
  • 150mls milk (I used semi-skimmed)
  • 20g of raspberry flavour whey protein powder (I used Maxitone's Definity)
  • handful of blueberries
  • handful of raspberries

Definity High Protein porridge

  1. Place the oats and milk in a bowl and stick in the microwave for about 60 - 80 seconds, or until the desired temperature and consistency.
  2. Add the scoop of whey protein and mix well.
  3. Add the berries and there you have it a super delicious, balanced breakfast to start the day.Definity High Protein porridge
