High Protein Berry Porridge

- 40g porridge oats
- 150mls milk (I used semi-skimmed)
- 20g of raspberry flavour whey protein powder (I used Maxitone's Definity)
- handful of blueberries
- handful of raspberries
Prep time: 2 mins | Cooking Time: 1 min | per serving | Kcal 334 | Protein: 26g | Carbs: 37g | Fat: 7.5g | Fibre: 6.3g
- Add different flavour protein powders and fruit to keep your diet varied and interesting.
